- Dateline: The dateline on this double page spread writes ‘January 2009’ which connotes that the date of publication of this page is in the month of January.
- Main image: The main image on this double page spread is an image of Eva Mendes she is a successful actress. She appears frequently in the magazines, Eva Mendes is posed very seriously on this page she has her self-confident and looks bare.
- Cover-lines: The covers lines on this page are questions, questions asking about her secret obsession. They have been put there purposely to gain the readers attention.
- Denotation: This magazine has a picture of a women looking directly at the camera, it is a mid shot showing her head, arms and a little of her waist. The background is not visible as there is nothing going on it is just a plain white background, and the photograph covers the whole page of the magazine cover. Behind the women there is the 'Vibe' Masthead, and in front of her are 6 covers-lines which are in blue, black and pink.
