Profiling Your Audience
Sultan, 17, she is a passionate music fan; a fan of the hip hop/RNB genre this would include dance genre overall. She likes listening to dupsteps, which her favourite artist is The Rizzle Kicks, because these two boys can two rap and dance. Living to love this genre influences the way she dresses, talks, attitude and even the type of friends she chooses. Most of the time Sultan is involved in things that’s got to do with music and dance, things like listening to music in and out of college and attending concerts and dance sessions. She loves reading the ‘Replay’ magazine, as she said it keeps her “up-to-date” with the latest songs and fashion.
Sultan, has also got a big interest in technology always got access to music, she’s either on YouTube, music sites, listening to her iPod or even reading music magazines. She thinks she is “spoilt” as she’s the only kid, she will make her parents buy her at least 5 different albums every month.
Sultan, is a unique individual, she is a fashion setter within her age group. She’ll regularly invite her friends around to party; listening to their favourite music is a warm-up for their big night out. Sultan’s personality and the way she dresses are mostly influenced by the music she listens to and therefore she is a fantastic inspiration in showing the world ‘her identity.’
